Her practice focuses on the whole person providing a holistic approach to help clients understand themselves as a whole: mind, body and spirit. She believes in mind-body therapies which is why she is passionate about teaching yoga. It was not until yoga, that she learned that “self-care is not selfish”. Wanting to give back, she became a yoga instructor to help others experience self-love, connection, and peace of mind.
