Linda Lindaman

Linda enjoys sharing her love of the art, science, and philosophies of yoga with her students of all ages, and levels. She enjoys seeing each student blossom in their practice with the understanding of proper alignment, and the therapeutic benefits of each asana.

Linda Lindman

Linda is a 200 hour certified yoga instructor, who has been practicing yoga for 36 years and teaching for 16. Classically trained in the Iyengar style she brings to her classes a mix of styles she has studied over the years such as Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Kripalu, Kundalini, Partner yoga, and Thai Yoga Massage. She believes that everyone should be able to practice yoga, and that making this ancient Eastern healing art assessable to her Western culture is so important in our quest for wellness. Her classes and workshops can be described as an internal journey with an external flow; a Vinyasa flow with attention to alignment details. You will become connected to every sensation and breath of your body. Her passion for nature, art and music is often brought into her teaching with a connection to the elements, beautiful music, and inspirational poetry and quotes. Her approach to teaching with a sense of humor and personal attention will leave you with a smile on your face and a natural progression to practicing your yoga both on and off the mat.
